Rachel grew up in North Carolina, with a love for pets.  She constantly rescued kittens, dogs and other animals.  When Rachel graduated college and moved to Nevada, her life full of adventures began.  However, she knew something was missing and a girl in the big city needs a best friend, so Rachel adopted Benz, the Rottweiler shelter dog who quickly became just that.

With adventure around every corner, Rachel went from 0-60 and found herself on two back to back seasons of CBS’s hit reality show, Big Brother (2010 & 2011), a reoccuring role on day times Emmy Award winning soap The Bold & The Beautiful, and having the opportunity to race around the world on CBS's primetime Emmy Award winning show, The Amazing Race(2012).

While away filming, Rachel missed her best friend Benz.  After the first season of Big Brother Rachel and Benz embarked on their next journey and moved to Los Angeles.  With her love of travel, Rachel, her fiancé and Benz went to Utah in search of adventure.  To their dismay, the pet friendly family discovered that there were not very many places that would cater to big dogs and the few that did needed to be showcased.
