They feature inns, bed and breakfasts, hotels, restaurants, dog bakeries, spas, specialty boutiques and shops that cater to all members of the family, pets included. Some shops even welcome pets with water dishes and biscuits. Many restaurants offer pet menus and private pet areas. They also have an inn that offers doggie cocktail hour daily.
In the center of Carmel Plaza you will find the "Fountain of Woof", a dogs-only drinking fountain. Many shops allow pets to enter and some have pet posts outside where you can tether your dog.
